Booked 48–72 hours later. We hand over your scientifically calculated plan and walk through exactly how to make it work — portions, swaps, shopping and meal prep included.
Follow-up & Accountability 30 min
Regular check-ins and weigh-ins keep you on track, with daily contact through the app in between. Most clients book at least four — because accountability is what gets results.
